Where is check-in?
Check-in takes place at our main building, the Hotel Engel at Engelgasse 4. We’ll be happy to personally escort you to your apartment afterward and show you around so you feel at home right from the start.
Where can I park?
We are surrounded by public parking lots. These are free
Monday–Friday 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
Saturday from 4:00 PM

Do you have a restaurant?
Yes, the restaurant “Le cheval blanc” is located on the ground floor of our building. For more information, visit: https://www.le-cheval-blanc.ch/
Can I have breakfast at your hotel?
Breakfast is served at our partner hotel, Engel. We offer a large breakfast buffet, which you can enjoy Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
If you are not a hotel guest but would still like to have breakfast with us, that is of course also possible. The price is CHF 18.50 per person. Please contact us in advance.
Do you have hypoallergenic bedding available?
Yes, we do. Just let us know. We’ll be happy to prepare your bed.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay on-site with cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are generally allowed. However, please contact us before your arrival, especially for longer stays.
Do you offer a laundry service?
Yes, cleaning is included once a week. You are also welcome to have daily cleaning for an additional fee.
Are shampoo and toiletries provided in the apartments?
Yes, we provide shampoo and selected toiletries in convenient single-use packets in the apartments. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own personal items.
Are an iron and ironing board available in the apartment?
Yes, both an iron and an ironing board are standard equipment in our apartments.
Is there a room safe?
Yes, each apartment has a safe in the wardrobe for the secure storage of your valuables.
Are there detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher?
Yes, we provide laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid in convenient single-use packets in the apartments. Additional supplies are available at the Hotel Engel reception desk if needed.
Do the apartments have Wi-Fi?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi (500 Mbit/s) is available in all apartments for fast and convenient internet access.
Can I store my luggage with you?
Yes, that is certainly possible—for short or longer periods.
